A very scarce contemp. cyclostyled reproduction of a series of humorous sketches (with rhymes) drawn by two officers of the 12th Lancers, depicting the progress of the regiment, & with caricatures of a number of its officers, from Norwich on August 14th 1914 to Flanders soon after, referencing several early war events such as "C" Squadron's charge against German dragoons at Moy on 25th August 1914. No imprint nor date but production was probably organised by the compilers early in 1915, possibly locally in Ypres. Orig. green cloth wraps., titled in gilt to front, VG. Rare, just two copies on JISC/Library Hub (at Eton College & Birmingham University).
