The 61st Medium Regt., RA, previously the Denbigh Yeomanry, served with the BEF in 1940 then in Normandy & onwards 1944-45 with 8th Army Group RA (i.e. 8 Corps). Landed at Courcelles 2nd July 1944 & fought through Belgium & Holland to Luneberg. Much interesting detail on their work & the conditions of the campaign. Roll of Hon. plus nominal rolls of all ranks. Orig. red cloth, sp. cloth splitting. somewhat worn, generally sound & very scarce.
