Contents retained by cord tie with stiff card wraps., the front with Not To Be Published statement & title printed in red & dated 1942, although the contents here offered are the 1943 edition. 15,000 copies were printed & issued to infantry, engineer & artillery regiments, various military schools & training units, which demonstrates the importance of the matter with which it is concerned, but considering that it is a scarce survival.
