      | TRENCH MAP:
     Bois Grenier. 36 N.W. 4. Ed. 8A, 1:10,000.

Detailed British trench system & detailed German named trench systems SE of la-Chapelle-d'Armentieres down to Dead Cow Farm. This is a scarce map but note this is just the top left corner of the sheet (approx. 65x36cm), losing the date &c. but dating from 1917 or 1918 & attractively ink marked SECRET NO. 7 115TH INF. BDE. It shows the brigade's boundaries & a very great deal of other information inked or crayoned, including Bde. HQ., infantry 7 machine gun posts, what appear to be Company areas &/or objectives, tracks, &c. The 115th Brigade formed part of the 38th (Welsh) Division. Interesting map with num. operational markins. See illustrations on our website.
