Egypt & Peninsula, Crimea, Zulu War, Transvaal War, Tirah, 2nd Boer War, Aden & WW1 (this in one short chapter as 1914-18 history had already been published). Orig. deluxe full black morocco, sp. richly gilt with raised bands, regimental device to front board, with regimental presentation bookplate to Major H.H. Beattie in appreciation of assistance given in the publication of the history, signed in ink by Lt.-Gen. Knox, Colonel of the Regiment. Near fine but for a little incidental insect damage to the blank leaf bound in before the half titles.
