Doubtless produced to meet the demands of the numerous temporary officers who found themselves convening or sitting on such courts-martial. Contemp. ink ownrship inscrip. of W.B. Hargave, who held a territorial commission in the Suffolk Regiment & by 1918 was a temp. major & Squadron Commander in the RFC.
