Morrison PC, MC, KC, MP, presenting him this copy as "you were Postmaster General during the War." (Note: William Shepherd Morrison, 1st Viscount Dunrossil, fought in Flanders in WW1 [MC] & was a long-serving & much admired Conservative politician who was, inter al, Minister of Food 1939-40 & Postmaster-General 1940-43).
