Observations by the senior American reporter with the French & British on the Western Front ("The only official representative of the American Press with the British Army in France"). He was later appointed Chief Press Officer with the AEF. Orig. green cloth, titled in black, VG in chipped dw (slight loss at head of sp.). Considering the number of impressions this seems to be quite an elusive work, especially in dw. See illustrations on our website.
