History of 104th Brigade, formed Jan. 1915 consisting of 17th, 18th & 20th (S) Bns. Lancashire Fusiliers & 3rd (S) Bn. Manchester Regt. In 1917 the latter two battalions were disbanded & replaced by 19th (S) Bn. DLI. Served with 35th Div. in France & Flanders from Jan. 1916 onwards, inc. Somme, Arras, Passchendaele, Final Advance. &c. Useful & very scarce history by the brigade commander. Orig. red cloth, titled & dec. in black to front & rear. Minor wear, VG.
