Govt..."; Few copies were bound in 1937 & when these restrictions were lifted in 1961 the unissued sheets were finally bound & published through HMSO with the original verso notice re confidentiality overstickered. 750 sets of sheets were printed in 1937 so it is rare in any form. Orig. blue cloth, gilt, an ex-reference lib. but near fine example of the original 1937 binding (superior to that of the 1961 version) with minor markings & the 1961 oversticker to verso of tp.
